Wellbeing is incredibly important to us at New Swannington Primary School, and we are delighted to be working with the NWL GP Partnership, who provide wellbeing support through their Social Prescribing initiative.

Our Social Prescribing Link Worker, Linda Hall, joins us in school on the second Monday of every month. Linda is here to support everyone within our school community and is available to chat about anything that may be affecting your wellbeing or that of your family.

Anyone is welcome to come along and speak with Linda. There is no need to feel that you have to manage things on your own — Linda is here to listen, offer support and help you access other services or support where appropriate.

We are really pleased to be able to offer this additional support to our school community.
