- »About Us
Our school is situated between the villages of Whitwick and Swannington and is approximately two miles from Coalville town centre, in the heart of the new National Forest.
The original school buildings date back to the 1900s when the school’s population was about 40 children. Over the years this has grown considerably and there are now about 200 children on role with each class being made up of a single year group. Just over half of our pupils live locally in the catchment area but many others travel to the school because parents value the quality of education that we provide.
