I have recently joined the governing team as a Parent Governor.  I have a son, currently in Year 1 at the school, meaning that I have a strong interest in the way that education is provided at New Swannington.

I have a Batchelor’s Degree in Zoology from the University of Bangor, graduating, with Honours, in 2012.  Since then, she has worked as a Research Associate for Mars Pet Care, before taking a career break, in order to raise my son as a stay-at-home mother.  I now spends my time caring for family members, running a household, and keeping track on my son’s education.

I have a love of reading, puzzles and sudoku and spend my downtime buried in a book or frantically putting numbers in boxes.
